This application must be finished in one continuous computer session; you do not have the option of saving your work as you go. If you must stop filling out your application you may work on it later, but you will have to start the application process from the beginning. It should take approximately 10-15 minutes to fill out the application if you have the information below readily available. It is strongly suggested that you gather this information first before beginning the application. You may need to consult with your parent(s) or legal guardian for some of the information.
